Jurisdiction Of Subject Matter: Child Support Part 11

Under Duress
The Contract that was signed ... Under Duress with Ward County Child support ...  is under Duress due to ... the written statement entered by the mother twice ... and requested in writing twice ... by Administrative Personnel ... across two Counties. The Offending Party... has Breached the Contract ... many different way's. The Contract as in ... State debt ... is Void ... due to Non Disclosure ... not Fair & Balanced ... among other issues ... covered in this document herein. As it pertains to ... that Cheque. Miles ... was not a part of that ... Unlawful Contract. The person at the desk said ... they sent the Cheque down to the Clerk's Office . The Clerk's Office ... then could not find it.
When Miles passed away a couple of years later. His daughter indicated ... the $4,000 dollar Cheque was never cashed. So ... she cancelled it ... sometime before. The fact personnel said ... the supposed debt was paid ... pays the debt. The fact the Cheque ... was never sent back ... to Miles or... cashed in a 72 hour window... pays the supposed second unlawful version of debt ... in this case. The difference above ... the unlawful second version ... of supposed State debt ... in fact is ... a Surplus. In which supersedes ... the Newer case ... with all it's problems.  Had the Cheque been cashed ... would have expunged the case. Even ... if the debt ... were a legit debt. Because ... Miles was not on the Contract and ... there is no Legal Prerogative or... Precedence ... for a Non Obligor to pay a Obligor's ... supposed debt. Without consent from ... the Obligor ... who the Claimant ... claims owes. Please provide ... Evidence and ...  Law ... Procedure and ... Rule under Law ... as to the Violations and ... what disciplinary action was taken and ... that  it was properly followed.

Case # 2 began MARCH 1994
Mr. Hileman and his X wife had divorced ... (annulment) ... while his X wife was pregnant. The financial strain and suffering ... leading to the demise of their marriage. His X wife ... went on AFDC/TANIF ... when she discovered she was pregnant. Mr. Hileman ... knew he may not be the father.  Mr. Hileman ... attended her signing up on Assistance. It was sold ... to the X wife ... as the father whoever ... he may be ... is responsible for repayment. Shortly thereafter ... his X wife received School Loans. Due to ... the Loans ... his X Wife was no longer on AFDC .
Mr. Hileman and ... his X wife resume their relationship ... but not their marriage.  They also ... resumed living together. There were two other men ... that were Paternity Tested. A Assistant Administrator... told Mr. Hileman ... the results of one of their Test. Please provide ... Law ... Rule and ... Procedure ...  Rule of Law ... that allows the Asst Admin ... to give him such information.
In 2000
At Mr. Hileman(s) Employment .... that man who was Tested stated ... he never gave anyone permission to inform anyone ... the result's from the Test. Please provide ... the Law and ... Procedure that has been Violated. Also ... what disciplinary action was taken against the Party(s) concerned and ... that those disciplinary actions were properly followed.

Mr. Hileman and his X wife met Asst Admin ... shortly after ...  the Admin stated the other mans results. He stated that ... Ward County likes to setup Child support ... before ... the child turns one. At that meeting ...  Mr . Hileman(s) X wife ... was told ... she was responsible for AFDC/TANIF from ... acceptance to the birth ...  after Paternity Test results. The Support ... was set at Five dollars per month.
