Employee protections that exceed federal law: Employee may not be discharged because of wage garnishment (no number specified). Employer’s fee: $3 per month for child support .

Employer penalties, general wage garnishment: For discharging employee because of a garnishment, liable for twice lost wages and reinstatement.

Employer penalties, child support withholding: For failing or refusing to withhold or deliver income, may be punished for contempt of court. May be liable for amount of income that should have been withheld or delivered as well as costs, interest, and Attorneys’ fees. May owe late fees as well. Employer who refuses to employ, dismisses, demotes, disciplines, or in any way penalizes the employee because of a proceeding to collect child support is liable for damages, costs, interest, and attorneys’ fees, and may be required to make restitution, including reinstatement and back pay.

Lawyers over the past 20 thru  27 years  have also violated their Oaths. Basically... admitting the system operates ... almost entirely ... in Failings ... one way or ... the other.  Mr. Hileman ... has been told flat out ... by lawyers that ... they ... the Lawyers ... will not help him. That if they did so ... it would damage ... their ability to work with Family Court and... Child support... in the future.  Those lawyer's ... that had been shown ... actual Evidence or ...  a  smidgen of the Failings ... violate their Oath's. Those Lawyer's are required to Report it to ... the proper Authority.

Mr. Hileman could be charged ...  some exuberant amount and ... there was no ... Change of Venue to be sought. With that said ... no trust able Council.  Let alone ... Co conspirator's reviewing their own Unlawful work's ... which equates to wasted money... that Jeff often did not have ... on a ill legit nonsensical process.

Hileman learned he owed thousand's of dollars ... to the State. The Agent ... Deb would claim to be the highest authority ... next to the court. Deb debated a number of people who were with Mr. Hileman ... none were signed in. The Agent peered at the documentation from MC Henry County.  Seeing that the State debt was only compiled over 3 months ... with a minimum initial amount and ... a ten dollar clerical fee. Which was paid ...  the same day that the mother and Mr. Hileman met the MC Henry agent ... named Dwayne.  Deb peered at MC Henry Court transcript ... from a year earlier. Where the court was attempting to straighten out ...  a Accruing and ... Ar rearing debt ... that did not exist.  Deb removed the original debt ... that was paid ... from a scribbled ... and math errored ledger.  The agent ... does not have the power or ... authority to alter a ledger  in such a condition.  The Family court ...  does.
